We look forward to seeing everyone next week. We have two in-person events that we hope you can attend. We will be hosting our first Community Coffee of the year on Wednesday, September 27th. On Thursday September 28th, at 7:00 pm, we will have our first PTA meeting of the year in conjunction with Advisory (Back-to-Night) Night.

Center School Events
The following activities are coming up, so please put them on your calendar. Should you have any questions regarding advisory/back-to-school night, you can direct them to your student’s advisor, Ms. Berkery or Ms. Hand. For questions related to the PTA meeting or the Community Coffee, you can contact the PTA.
Wednesday, September 27: Community Coffee directly following morning drop-off (8:40 am) in the courtyard located at 83rd (where the students enter the school).
Thursday, September 28: Back-to-School Night and PTA meeting @ 7:00 pm (This is for parents and guardians only. Please report to the auditorium at 7:00 pm. Following the PTA meeting, you will be dismissed to your student’s advisory.)
Auction
The Auction Committee is hosting its first meeting of the year on Wednesday, September 27th. The meeting will follow the Community Coffee at approximately 9:15 am in the courtyard. Everyone is welcome to attend.

We currently have three PTA meetings scheduled for in-person. These meetings are being hosted in conjunction with school events and are on Thursday evenings. The other meeting will be hosted on ZOOM. The ZOOM meetings all take place on Monday evenings at 6:00 pm. A notification with the dial-in information will be sent out prior to each meeting date.
Looking for Volunteers
We are looking for someone to shadow our current website administrator who routinely updates the Center School website. Starting in June, we will need for someone to take over this responsibility. Please email centerschoolpta@gmail.com if you are interested or have any questions.
