Upcoming Events
TACS Show and PTA Meeting Next week, we will host our PTA meeting in-person prior to the TACS Show on Thursday, December 15. Show times are 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM and doors open approximately 15 minutes prior to show time. Proof of vaccination is required for entry. Additional details will be sent by the school. Please direct any questions you have regarding the TACS show to Ms. Berkery or your student’s advisor.

Opportunities to get Involved
Space needed for Chamber Music Night
We are STILL looking for a location to host our annual Chamber Music Night in the spring. It is typically hosted in the home of someone from the Center School community. The space requirement should allow for 15-20 people + space for the ensemble to set-up. If you are interested in hosting, please contact Centerschoolspecialevents@gmail.com.

Auction Update
We need YOUR HELP to make our biggest fundraiser a success. We are asking for TWO donations per family (one before the winter break). Currently, about 10% of our school families have made a donation. Thank you.

We also need volunteers to join the food committee (and help coordinate with local restaurants and parents to secure food for our potluck).

A Message from the Department of Health & New York State Education Department
We have included a letter with this email regarding an update on several respiratory viruses including RSV, influenza and COVID-19 that are circulating in New York State. In response, the DOH is recommending a community-based approach to minimize the spread of these respiratory diseases and to protect young children, older individuals, and those with underlying health conditions.
