We have our monthly PTA meeting TONIGHT, Monday, May 22 at 6:30 pm. We look forward to seeing everyone! As a reminder, we have our PTA elections as well as a special guest speaker. We have included the zoom link and the agenda is attached to this email.

PTA Bylaws We have also included a red lined copy of our bylaws. We are required to review and update them every three years or when there are changes to the Chancellor’s Regulations (A-660). After the Executive Board reviews, we have to present the updated bylaws to our membership for review. We are providing the bylaws during our May PTA meeting tonight and will vote to approve them in the June PTA Meeting. This allows for our members to have the opportunity to review and ask questions.
Community Coffee
Finally, we will be hosting our next PTA Community Coffee on Wednesday, May 24, in the courtyard, after morning drop-off.
We will be selling tickets for the annual Basket Raffle at our community coffee and the baskets will be on display! Winning tickets will be drawn on June 1, the day of the 8th Grade Show.
